Working as a Research and Development Staff with contract status in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. Responsible for developing innovative solutions and designs to meet customer requirements and improve production processes.

Key responsibilities include:
Creating new designs for customer needs including supporting equipment (conestick, work tables), cones paper, filter paper, and material support designs (JIG)
Developing and maintaining New Product Design Sheets (NPDS)
Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving non-conformities and customer complaints
